Targeting niches in the anti-trafficking efforts: customised support for Croatia
The overall objective of the project is to Support the Croatian Government in combating human trafficking. The immediate objectives of the project are: • To increase the knowledge base on the trafficking situation in Croatia; • To raise awareness among relevant state institutions on the issue of labour exploitation; • To enhance the capacity of trained personnel of the Ministry of Interior to handle cases of trafficking in human beings. The 24-month project aims at strenghtening prevention and fight against child trafficking throught the development of a strong private-public partnership, in the field of identification of and support/assistance to children victims and at risk of trafficking. Development of comprehensive anti-trafficking response in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia
The project offers measures leading to a long-term perspective against trafficking in human beings in the Southern Caucasus by contributing to and enhancing National Action Plans and the legal framework against Trafficking in Human Beings in all three countries. It seeks to contribute to the progressive reduction of trafficking in human beings in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. Details
