Senior Expert Meeting in Bucharest

On 27-29 September 2002, senior officials from South Eastern Europe (SEE) gathered in Bucharest for the launching of the multi-annual Comprehensive Programme on Training and Capacity Building to Address Trafficking in Human Beings in South Eastern Europe (CTP). The purpose was to establish a comprehensive, structured and enduring process for training, information exchange and co-operation activities in the region in order to strengthen institutional capacity of the governments and relevant actors.
